Moh Villa

This villa is located in Khwaneej Second, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The design is inspired by Mediterranean architecture. The key elements of the Mediterranean style are derived from the villa facade.

Pitched roof canopies and sloped parapet walls adorned with roof tiles are significant elements of the villa. Wooden brackets are another key feature of the Mediterranean-style house. Circular rose windows style niches and round arches have been proposed for windows and entrances. 

Balconies are designed with wooden pergolas. External walls are largely painted with pastel colours with a contrast of white colour on window projections and sills. The decorative wrought iron motif enhances the aesthetics of the balcony.
